If you’re new to our industry, you can do our Traineeship. By working with us and doing assessment-based off-the-job learning, you’ll earn a Certificate III in Aged Care.
If you’re a Personal Care Assistant with a Certificate III in Aged Care but no on-the-job training, you can do a Graduate Program to become an Enrolled Nurse.
If you’re an Enrolled Nurse, you can train to be Registered.
It all comes down to where (and how far) you want to go.
For instance, we’ve recently offered our Hotel Services staff the opportunity to complete Certificate IIIs in Food Services and Health Support. By recognising on-the-job competencies and adding off-the-job learning, these qualifications will enhance job security and open doors for our people.
