Registered Nurse

Liaising with your Clinical Nurse, General Manager and Director of Care, you’ll direct and deliver the finest resident nursing, personal and lifestyle care.

You’ll support and coordinate team members while using your expertise to care for residents with complex, changing needs. This will see you assess needs, implement plans, provide handovers, evaluate care and document outcomes.

Planning will be comprehensive, as you elicit and honour resident, family and professional views.

Implementation will be thorough, as you ensure all staff have the information, confidence, resources and credentials to cover every detail.

You have a Practising Certificate and an impressive reputation for client-centred service (ideally in aged care).

Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook, you’re adept at conveying health needs and options to all who need to know.
